CorporateConnect Login Guide: Access the U.S. Bank Commercial Banking Portal in Five Steps

CorporateConnect login is a five-step flow: navigate to the portal, enter Company ID and User ID, enter your password, complete multi-factor authentication, and land on the dashboard. Every credential is protected by TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, and an MFA device bound to your User ID. Before You Log In

Two pieces of information arrive in your CorporateConnect enrolment letter: the organization-level Company ID and your personal User ID. Keep the letter secure until enrolment is complete.

Login Prerequisites

  • Company ID: 8–12 character identifier assigned to your organization.
  • User ID: personal identifier assigned by your Company Administrator.
  • Password: 12+ characters, upper/lower/number/symbol.
  • MFA device: U.S. Bank Token app, FIDO2 key, or hardware fob.
  • Browser: current Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with TLS 1.3.

Five-Step CorporateConnect Login Procedure

Step 1: Navigate to the Portal

Open https://corporatconnect.gr.com/login in a supported browser. Confirm the padlock icon and the corporatconnect.gr.com domain before typing anything. Certificate pinning on the mobile app protects against rogue hotspots; on desktop, verify the certificate chain if you are on untrusted Wi-Fi.

Step 2: Enter Company ID and User ID

Type the Company ID from your enrolment letter, then your personal User ID. Both are case-sensitive. Browsers that autofill from a password manager should have entries scoped to the corporatconnect.gr.com domain — never paste credentials from a note that has been emailed to you.

Step 3: Enter Your Password

Passwords are 12+ characters with upper, lower, number and symbol. Five failed attempts lock the account. If you mistyped, click 'Clear' and try again — autofill collisions are a frequent cause of lockouts. Forgotten passwords reset via the 'Forgot Password' link.

Step 4: Complete MFA

Approve the push notification in the U.S. Bank Token app, tap your FIDO2 key, or enter the OTP from a hardware fob. Biometric approval (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello) is available on enrolled devices. SMS OTP is permitted only as a transitional channel; see Security for full MFA details.

Step 5: Dashboard Landing

You arrive on the dashboard with account balances, pending approvals, and quick links to Wires, ACH, Treasury, Reports and User Management. Session timeout is 15 minutes idle.

Staying Signed In

Inactivity timeout is 15 minutes; absolute session lifetime is 12 hours. For payment approval flows the timeout drops to 8 minutes idle to reduce the window for shoulder-surfing or session takeover. Re-authentication requires MFA.

Token Enrolment, Password Reset and Account Recovery

CorporateConnect covers three common lifecycle events with self-serve flows: enrolling a new MFA device, resetting a forgotten password, and recovering a locked account.

U.S. Bank Token App Enrolment

Download the U.S. Bank Token app from Apple App Store or Google Play. On the login screen choose 'Enrol New Token', scan the QR code shown, approve the pairing prompt and confirm a test challenge. The token binds to your User ID and the device's trusted platform module (TPM). Replacement requires administrator re-enrolment — a deliberate constraint to prevent social-engineering takeover.

FIDO2 security keys (YubiKey, Google Titan, Feitian) enrol through the same flow: insert the key, tap when prompted, assign a memorable name. Hardware fob users receive a fob pre-provisioned by the U.S. Bank treasury desk.

Password Reset and Locked Account

Password reset is self-serve: click 'Forgot Password', verify identity through the Token app or security question, follow the 30-minute-expiry reset link emailed to your on-file address. Five failed password attempts lock the account — a control that blocks credential stuffing. Your Company Administrator can unlock you with one click; if no administrator is available, call 800-673-3555 and support will verify and unlock.

How do I log in for the first time?
Your relationship manager sends an enrolment letter with Company ID, User ID and temporary password. At corporatconnect.gr.com/login enter the three values, set a permanent password and enrol MFA. Typical enrolment under 10 minutes.
What if I forget my password?
